The gainetica brief
Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling.
Gainetica describes hotels as places to sleep and unwind. It does not take reservations and has nothing of its own to sell.
Ownership and referral links
The operator runs Harrah's Resort Atlantic City, which is listed first because of that ownership. Tropicana Atlantic City and Caesars Atlantic City share the operator's parent group and wear a sister-property tag. Certain outbound links are affiliate links that can earn gainetica a commission; the affiliate disclosure has the detail.
Fair use of the site
- Read and use gainetica lawfully, for your own non-commercial purposes.
- No bulk copying, automated harvesting, overloading or probing of the site's security.
- Keep messages sent through the contact page lawful, honest and civil.
Minimum age
Gainetica readers must be 18 or older; in places whose law fixes the line at 21, the higher figure governs. Hotels apply their own check-in ages, and 21 is common on the Shore.
Hotels, platforms and other outside parties
Hotel websites, booking platforms and partner networks are run by other companies. Gainetica has no control over, and accepts no liability for, their pages, uptime, conditions, room rates or later price changes, resort fees, taxes, deposits, cancellation rules or the service you receive. Check every detail with the hotel before paying.
Accuracy and limits on liability
Hotels revise facilities and policies often, and while the editors work to keep up, no note is guaranteed complete or current. Gainetica is offered on an as-available basis with no warranties. So far as the law permits, the operator is not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses tied to using the site.
Who owns the content
The words, layout, monogram panels and line drawings here are the operator's, or are used under permission. Each hotel name and brand stays with its owner; gainetica uses them purely as labels. Short quotations are fine when they credit and link back to gainetica.
Governing law
New Jersey law, the law of the operator's home state, governs these terms. Any dispute is for the competent courts located in New Jersey, except where consumer rules that cannot be waived in your own country point elsewhere.
